เป็นเกาะจังหวัดกระบี่
แต่เดินทางมาจากตรัง จะใกล้กว่า
โดยลงเครื่องบินมาลงสนามบินตรัง
และมีรถตู้จากรีสอร์ท มารับไปท่าเรืออ่าวปากเมง ประมาณ40 นาที (แนะนำให้แวะซื้อขนมทานเล่นร้ทนสะดวกซื้อก่อนขึ้นเกาะ เนื่องจากไม่มีร้านขายขนม)
นั่งเรือหางยาวไปเกาะอีกประมาณ1ชั่วโมง
เกาะไหงเงียบสงบ เป็นเกาะที่ไม่มีปาร์ตี้ และเสียงดัง ถือว่าเหมาะสำหรับท่านที่ต้องการชาร์จแบตมากๆ
