Koh Phangan, home to some of the best beaches in Thailand, is a small tropical island in the Gulf of Thailand. It's one of the most popular destinations for backpackers, digital nomads, and those who want to get away from it all, but it also has something for everyone! In this video, I take you around the island and show you some of my favorite spots during my one-week stay on the island.

Very professional! Pure and Sati Pot are both very close to us on the beach at Hin Kong. Fantastic place for sunsets and amazing restaurants. See you again soon!

Just FYI, 3:34 is Mega"bits" not Mega"Bytes". There is a 8x difference between those terms. And 300ms latency will affect perceived load speeds dramatically (negatively), solid for a beach spot though

It is but not much going on there besides the full moon parties (at least during the time I was there earlier this year) - I enjoyed the rest of the island much more

It was in February. The weather was nice :) Best time to visit is December to March.

There’s some regulations about it but most just use it where you can fly and it’s not a problem

Yeah rarely saw people wearing it in Koh Phangan (many more wore it in Samui). But you’re always provided with one when renting 👍🏻

The issue with Koh Phangan is once you're there you're no longer in Thailand but rather a Gentrified Hub for IG Influencers and Digital Nomads. Very little semblance of local life and most of the staff themselves aren't even Thai. Great place if you want to explore vegan and avocado toast culture but not Thai
