18-year-old Victoria Sharp claims she was in LaVoy Finicum’s truck when it was pulled over by OSP and the FBI.

It's really disturbing to hear people make judgement from a low resolution video camera almost directly overhead. How can they say he reached for a gun, not knowing that he didn't have a gun on him? Wouldn't they, whoever is judging, reach and flinch being hit in left side of their chest if they got hit with a bullet? Let alone the 9 shots that penetrated his body! I would trust this girls testimony over the Feds, who won't disclose their body cam and vehicle videos! What a bunch of lying and wining cowards intimidating other with brandishing guns then using them in ambush! Truth will prevail! The Lord's day is coming!

@@megancrager4397 this is suicide by cop. Al thought I believe he had Alzheimer’s. I’ve seen people being confused mush the ground with their legs going in circles when confused. Then he tried pulling a gun out so he got shot dead. There was no murder. There was only a man pulling a gun out in front of cops that tried to subdue him. Cops did what was right at that time Although I believe 99% of cops are corrupt and will try to cover up what would be a murder. This was not a murder

+III Barry You obviously, by your observations, are one of the FBI or BLM agents that were there, or not. Facts are what needs to be gathered for any prosecution. From inside the vehicle that was shot, it was Shawna Cox's phone camera that caught the image of bullet going thru the top of vehicle while they were sitting still. you forget there were individuals inside of the vehicle witness to what happened that day. There is now an investigation into what took place because the agents testimony doesn't match the video taken. That's giving false testimony, a punishable crime! This is BS that the government is held to a lower, or non-esistent standard of testimony, while the testimony of those who were in the vehicle and witnessed the ambush have their testimony trashed by government. Ignoring the truth doesn't make it a lie. There is evidence now that Finicum and Bundy left their weapons behind, previous to them driving to see the Sheriff in the adjoining county to have a meeting with 400 people. That is consistent with the testimony of many people beyond those in ambush.

They ran the guns serial numbers and it came up stolen-I highly doubt that he would have a stolen gun on him-or even own one- He is a rancher that would have his owned legal gun. He was reaching to his side after they shot him because he was hurt-he was stopped like that with the intent to kill them i believe all of them after I saw the video they shot up that SUV- This is a disgrace-I pray for justice and the country calls for it- RIP Lavoy-may justice be done-

He had his hands in the air initially, then blew it by reaching for his pockets. She maybe didn't see that part but the camera sure did. Of course she's going to testify for the group she went groupie for.

+Geo T He had hands up, was then shot, hands instinctively grabbed at wound, realized his hands were down, puts them back up, is shot again, hands go back down to wounds, and then back up...and then down again to grasp at wounds OR go for a gun JUSTIFIABLY because he was being shot to death illegally and now had the legal right to defend himself. It then initially appeared that, just before he fell, he was shot in the head or had a fatal shot, but upon a closer look, the cop likely tasered him and he went stiff and collapsed, still alive, but bleeding out fast from AT LEAST 2 torso/stomach gunshot wounds. His arm appears to reach out as he lay bleeding out, but still alive.....later in the full, unedited and enhanced video, you can see several FBI agents around the body and one of them comes over and his firearm appears to be pointing at Finicum's head....the gun and Finicum's head appear to move twice in sync with a gun's recoil and a head being shot. When and if the autopsy is revealed, I bet there are at least 4 gunshot wounds to the body and a taser prong wound....at least two shots to the stomach/chest area and at least two shots to the head, very near each other or consistent with point blank range shots. If that's the case, the account I just spelled out is likely what happened. He didn't "blow" anything....try to keep your hands above your head as you get shot in the torso area...or anywhere on the body. I bet you couldn't. And all of this is beside the point. Government and its police state are tyrannical and need to be overthrown. Call me a traitor or a domestic terrorist...I don't give a shit....and neither do many others. People are tired of the growing tyranny in this country and intend to put up a fight, peacefully or violently, if need be. It's pathetic for most to say there is no tyranny in this country...they are just basing their conclusions off comparisons and contrasts of other countries and that is a big mistake. That type of logic is like saying that the shiniest turd amongst all the other turds is the best turd. Lol......no, it's still just shit. Fuck tyranny....even in the slightest of enforcement. Join, or Die.

+Christian B He was shot times. All in quick succession after the 3rd time he reached in his left coat inside pocket. This is now irrefutable by anyone by all the evidence released. The vehicle itself was shot at 3 times as it approached the roadblock at over 70 mph. One shot hit the radiator, one the roof, and one the drivers side mirror. There were explosions from gas fired though that eventually engulfed the vehicle.
