This is the product of 6 years struggling with this trick followed by 18 months focussing on it using information from the tutorials of Michael Guthrie, Alexander Andersen & Vivien Youlou. Over these 18 months I figured out new ways to explain the key points of these videosso that anyone could understand them as well as adding in some of my own progressions and drills. Enjoy!

This is the perfect tutorial for pretty much everyone, I would say its better if you already have a decent touchdown raiz down but if you are first learning it its nice too

I love the touch down raiz. I just knew how to do it. I've never used a tutorial I just understood it when I saw it in parkour videos. It was a natural thing to me you know? It's been one of my favorite tricks for at least 5 years.😁 it's like the easiest trick in the book for me. 😉

very nice tutorial on TDR however i know its long since you made this but can you make a follow up on this move regarding swing trough and implementing arms while swinging. i have a good TDR however i sometimes swing into cheat gainers sometimes i can't swing out of it, once did a cork out of it (didn't land tho) but i have a feeling i totally forget my arms when im trying to swing out of TDR

Hey, I'm 22 years old, rather athletic, can do sideflip, frontflip, cartwheel with one hand, one handed handstand and webster, but I still can't do back handsprings and backflips. Am I still good to try out for touchdown raizes or should I first be able to upgrade through the movements I haven't been able to do yet in order to get this movement down?

Much better than it was in this video :) Still not perfect but I can triple cork from it every time without running up. There'll always be something to improve on though lol
