The main issue is IT got slow down and it is an impact where people can’t afford 1.2 chores plus…properties, unless they sell existing property somewhere and reinvest in new properties.

Kokapeta లో లక్ష రూపాయల గజం‌ వుంది. నల్ల గాండ్ల లో లక్ష రూపాయలు గజం నడుస్తోంది. అప్పుడు ఎకరా 100-300 కోట్లు పెట్టి కొన్న వారు..ఫ్లాట్ 9000/- to 10000 per sq ft అమ్ముతున్నారు. రేట్లు ఏమీ తక్కువ గాలేదు.
