Such a moving video. Thank you for caring and wanting to understand, bringing more awareness through this and talking to others. It highlights how much we need to reach out, listen, have compassion, open our hearts. It does take bravery. But it's beautiful to talk about what matters: life, finding hope, learning how to cope in healthy ways. Love how you reiterated that a person is more than their self-harm too. So true :)
