As an introvert myself, I cannot express how grateful I am to see a person on youtube sharing her mornings like this.. It is such a conforting sensation to see that I am not alone with needing a couple hours in the morning for myself, just in a quiet place, doing my own thing.. Thank you for sharing this, sharing your recipes in such a smooth way and for sharing your calming energy. I strongly recommend a robot vacuum/mop to assist you with cleaning if you have to vacuum multiple times a day. I find it really worth it and saves me a lot of time.

As a mom of two (11yr son and almost 10yr daughter), I cannot stress this enough: even though you are a mother, you don’t need to spend every single second with your child to be a worthy mother! Needing alone time is not a bad thing or something to be embarrassed about ❤️ Now read that again.

I agreed when it comes to wake up alone just to recharge as an introvert. Because my husband is the kind of man that clingy. he always wants to stay by my side. so the only time that perfect for me alone is early morning. so i will wake up early for my skincare, exercise and read. He usually wake up at 7am. I'm usually around 5am. it works. he's happy, i'm happy. Perfect.

I want to share the breakfast that my dad often prepared for my brother and me, when we were little: 🥚beaten egg ✨ It was a very common breakfast in southern Italy and the islands. Recipe: Separate the yolk from the white. Then add two and a half teaspoons of sugar to the yolk and mix until you obtain a creamy consistency. You can eat it alone or you can add coffee and milk, or just coffee or just milk. (one yolk per person). Try it, it's delicious! Not so healthy, but once in a while both adults and children like it ❤ Luckily we still make it today that we are grown up, on request! Also, where did you get and what brand are the vacuum cleaners you use in the video?
