Thank you. I was interested to listen to your description of and application of Kolb's cycle, and your take on reflective practice generally. I have been teaching and talking about reflective practice since the 80's, and have written two books on reflective practice for mediators and other conflict resolution practitioners. My approach shares DNA with Kolb, Johns, and Gibbs, though in addition to a cycle of learning I emphasize the progressive and developmental nature of reflective practice--gaining capacity and building excellence.
