At 18:00 "My colleague has already detained you under the power.." 30 seconds later "You are free to go although you weren't detained at any point". The officer is definitely a complete liar. It is as plain as day for everyone to see in this video.

The term "the walk of shame" is often used when in reality, it isn't a walk of shame.
