Do you understand why we questioned you ? but she didn't understand why she questioned you . She doesn't know the law , and should be retrained , before she gets sued , costing the tax payer money. NOT WORTHY OF HER POSITION

Her demeaner was that of a small child who had been told, "no", by their parent, so they respond by continually asking the same question again in that really annoying tone, in the hope that the parent will eventually just give in to shut them up.

The sergeant there was backpeddling so hard trying to regain control of the situation. That's a clear illegal detention right there, didn't even specify the legislation - and actually they never confirmed at the end you were undetained either

She needs to be dealt with accordingly. Assault and attempted theft is the laws she broke. Really I think police need to get educated on what powers they really have and haven't got before jumping in at the deep end. You can legally do what you were doing but she doesn't know the law as well as you do. You would think it would be the other way around but it sadly isn't!!
