Because the Kong:Skull Island was made from a human's perspective and Other Monsterverse movies like Godzilla × Kong: The New Empire is made from a monster's perspective like Godzilla Vs Kong, King Of The Monsters. Godzilla 2014 movie is also made from a human's perspective.
