This mission honestly felt like an action movie and brings back memories of the Piccadilly mission back in MW19 But I’m just curious, wouldn’t be better to let the SAS handle the operation instead of the CTSFO since they are facing against a bunch of well trained and well armed mercenaries even though the CTSFO which equivalent to SWAT are cops that was trained in counter terrorist operations

Ye its a but odd they used CTSFO units. I get it that the CTSFO units are counter terrorism police units that operate in domestic anti terrorism operations but for highly dangerous terrorism that is beyond police control, the SAS would’ve been better off being deployed. I guess the CTSFO were the QRF response to the raid and deploying an SAS would’ve taken more time as they were based in Hereford. By the time they would’ve gotten to the destination, the bomb could’ve gone off

Yeah judging from how the last 2 games had no major deaths in the protagonist side, i knew someone had to die in this one, but man the way they executed it feels so forced, could've made it more impactful like the OG MW, make it so he died relaying important intel or something, his death here literally led nowhere plotwise lol

Dumb move by Makarov as now the whole world knows what the Konni Group PMC’s done and those seeking PMC services like security, safeguarding, and logistics will look elsewhere cuz now they’re forever associated with that atrocity and the whole world would end up putting them on a terror group watchlist of sorts. And I bet Makarov’s name is going to be circulating throughout the news too. The purpose of Konni was supposed to be a cover by Inner Circle to gain power and influence behind the scenes while also obtaining enough arms and manpower to carry out their more clandestine operations. Part of why Makarov was so successful in the OG trilogy was due to him being covert and tactical, only doing terror attacks as a means to false flag entire nations into nuclear war. False flag operations was Makarov’s MO and he was very good at it too because when he tore up that airport in the OG trilogy, everybody thought it was the US due to the dead CIA asset (the person you play as during that mission) as well as US guns used in the attack. Meanwhile in MW3 (2023), Makarov can’t even control the narrative to trick folks into war. Guy tried to do three false flags and all of them failed. The attack on Verdansk which was meant to be a false flag to be blamed on the West: failed. The rockets and chemical attack at the Russian base where Yuri was which was to be blamed on Urzikstan: failed. The hijacking and downing of the plane that was meant to be blamed on the ULF: failed.

Each of us can have our own criteria (I like both, like the OG and the Reboot), although with certain perspectives for those who like it. I only play CoD for the campaign. MW1 was brilliant. MW2 was over the top and corny and I'm glad i haven't bought MW3. Also, Zombies dont belong in CoD. Catering to bloody children.

Zombie mode has always been around from the start of the og games. It's what most players have had the most fun on compared to multiplayer, especially in the late games. Also COD has always been 17+ mature rating so no its not for kids, plus if an animated zombie is too much, probably shouldn't be playing a shooter to begin with.
