You have to be level 2k to even get something from gyutoro and you have to LVL 250 to fight the weakest boss Nishi then 500 750 1k and 1.5k

You don't need to eat humans because the quest will be useless it says kill aogiri because they are killing humans it will give more if you don't kill humans that was my mistake when I started too btw I have maxed the ken kaneki
