Kopi Luwak, the famous and the most expensive coffee in the world. Kopi Coffee and Luwak is a civet - like animal called a Paradoxurus. It's literally a shit coffee but We were lucky enough to see and experienced the process and tasting it. It's definitely not what I was expecting. The tour lady, Madie I think her name is was very thorough on getting us on board the overview of the production plus a lot more.
