Kim Soo Hyun is more than just a pretty face! I've been watching him since Dream High and we can't really deny his talent in acting. He deserved that award more than anyone.

honestly, it doesn't matter who won. There will always be unsatisfied people. Everyone deserves an award. Whether your favourite actor/actress received an award definitely doesn't make them a better or worse person. They all worked hard and I'm proud of each and everyone of their efforts.

Congratulations to all the winners of the 8th annual Korea Drama awards. Kim Soo-hyun i am so proud of him, he worked really hard throughout his career, and he was finally awarded top prize for all his hard work paying off. Seemed like a couple of categories were missing from the show, but perhaps that was done on purpose for time constraints? Nonetheless, I'm happy for all the winners. Park Chanyeol too, he will have a very bright future in acting following EXO Next Door. Only the beginning for him. Keep fighting everyone!!! ^_^

(Fangirling Aside), i saw him because of My love from the star and watched his past dramas and movies, since im really a drama and movie enthusiast, i watched his acting skills which have grown since his past dramas and i think he really deserved the award...

+Aseel.H well not only that. there should only be one drama award show that includes all the different network dramas. The TV networks each having their own award show and nominating their own dramas is quite a silly concept.

Well, nothing to say besides "it's UNFAIR". Jisung deserves daesang more than any others. I can't believe he didn't win any award. Some other awesome dramas like School2015, Mask and Yongpal get nothing. OMG, this is more like a popularity vote to me.

okay please don't hate but this is so messed up. There were so many good ones best new actor category nominees but in the end it was still popularity. Like EXO-L please don't bash but seriously? I love EXO too but Chanyeol acting was kind of...awkward. I honestly and actually think Yook Sungjae and Nam Joohyuk performance for Who Are You: School 2015 was way better. Just my opinion. Thanks.

I'm a fan of EXO and Chanyeol is one of my bias but honestly, I don't think he should be the best new actor. I mean, you have Yook Sungjae (Taekwang) and Nam Joohyuk (Han Yian) and they're clearly better actors than Chanyeol. I'm not belittling Chanyeol's hard work but his acting is indeed awkward and not very natural. I think we all know why he won.

+Chng JR Yeah, to be honest I enjoy watching EXO Next Door and Chanyeol is my bias in EXO. But, we must be fair...the other nominees are able to portray better acting than Chanyeol like Sungjae, Joohyuk, and even the last nominee (sorry, I forget the name). Their character in that drama also need more acting skills than Chanyeol's character in EXO Next Door. So, is this award fully depending on votes or judges' assessment?

some EXO L's do not agree? what are you? you're underestimating chanyeol, so rude of all of you that says that chanyeol is not the best, ofcourse it is best NEW actor. their hardwork for the web drama paid off because of this award. its not all about the popularity, chanyeol did his best as the male lead of exo next door. why did you watch exo next door if chanyeol was not that goo. let's just be proud of him.

JI SUNG ACTED 7 PERSONILTY IN THE SHOW OF KILL ME HEAL ME... n omg he was fn perfect in every personilty ... expisally when he had to acted like a noona ha na.. like come on I litterly thought he was a girl with his acting skills... gotta pist off he didn't even win one award.. kill me hear me was so different n it was just perfect... guys, we should totally vote next timeeee! Cause Kim Soohyun fan here since dream high and like not a EXO-L fan. But, Jisung should have won:( and even DO from EXO would've been better, like one of you said. Best newcomer should have been Sungjae although I've liked Joohyuk since the Mermaid drama. sighhhhh.
