There's a Korean food stall at a night market where I used to work and my bf and I would always get kimbap and fishcakes. He's always surprised by the amount of fishcakes I can eat in one sitting lol

that looks like a lot of ingredients and a lot of work gone into the everyday preparation for the food. Also props to you for having the stamina and the consistency in everything that you prepare. And very neat chopping skills, everything you chop of any ingredient is almost exactly the same.
