Kim Jung Hyun is totally responsible for the way he treated Seohyun. He not only embarrassed her, he caused trouble for many other people in the drama… blaming the girlfriend for his behavior is a weak excuse. He should have been man enough to stand up and either told the truth… but at least after the damage he did try to explain.

Actually, the law in South Korea initially stated that both husband and wife have right to terminate their marriage. But in the case, one who cause infidelity cannot asked for divorce. The right become solely to the other spouse. In this case, he clearly and publicly cheated on his wife, so there is no doubt the judge wont granted him divorce. By means, the divorce is because he wants to marry his mistress nonetheless. Therefore, his wife also doesnt want to give him divorce not because she still loves him, but to give them lesson as of now, they are seeing each other, he still a married man and the actress is a mistress. Its not overreaching if you understand the law tho

Because he was in the wrong, only the wife can determine if he gets the divorce or not. The wife refused so Min Hee will always be known as the "mistress"

Kim Jung Hyundai was not manipulated into doing anything. He is a grown man, who makes his own decisions and should be held accountable for his actions. Instead of blaming Seo Ye Ji, he could have told her to stay out of his professional life, if she wanted to remain in the relationship. He did exactly what he wanted to do. Stop making excuses for his horrible behavior.
