I read that A perfect Getaway was mainly shot in Puerto Rico because of budget:) Yes, Kauai is probably the best Hawaiian Island...but every of them is cool anyway. No, Im at home right now:) This video is older and summer time is travel free for me:) Starting in September again.

I looked up the island on the official travel site and a DVD I watched recently called "A Perfect Getaway" was filmed there. The movie was too predicatable I thought, but the island looks pretty cool. And now you're in Korea I guess :)

Both Geneva and Barbados are two separate trips. GVA with Swiss and BGI with Virgin. BA is maybe better, but no FF miles to Delta:)

The filmmakers probably used the opening helicopter flight across the island as a backdrop then to give people the impression the whole film was produced there. Well, September is just around the corner. Where are you heading next?

No direct flights from Geneva to Barbados I'm afraid. You could fly via Frankfurt with Condor, but their fleet is a bit old in the tooth with a 757 or 767-300 as the only choice. Otherwise, either BA or Virgin Atlantic from London-Gatwick. Do I sound like a travel agent I ask myself...lol

It should be short hop to Geneva and somewhat longer hop to Barbados:)
