요즘 시켜먹는 족발들 거의 3만원대 가격인데 영상속 가게보니 혜자스럽네요.ㅋ 돼지꼬리는 아직 한번도 안먹어 봤는데 어떤 맛일려나.

족발은 본래 서민의 음식이였지만 현대에 들어서 너무 변질된 것 같아 아쉬웠는데 아직 이런 장소가 있다니 한번 그때의 느낌을 느껴보고 싶네요.

Yeah kinda seems that way to me as well - don’t get me wrong the meat that’s there looks good, but without it being prepared/having all the bad bits cut off would be too much effort to be worth buying over other things seems to me.

If anybody knows, would luv to know what it was boiled in. We used to raise them back in my young years, at my grandfathers farm. Just curious, I know it had some type of soy sauces in it, but would like to know the rest.
