This menu is Korean cheese corn dog from scratch.
In this year, mukbang is very popular in youtube, especially corn dog.
So i wanna introduce you to how to make it!
Usually to make corn dog, you may use pancake mix. But i make this, i use more like doughnuty-dough. It’s really similar as myeongrang corn dog, which mukbang youtubers eat usually.
If you live out of Korea or you can’t find around your home, i really recommend to use this recipe for make!
While making sausage, company use some food additive. But it’s not that good for your health, so I slightly boil it. Of course you can skip this!

🌙Ingredients(8 corndogs)
200g(1cup plus 1/2cup) bread flour
50g(1/3cup) glutinous rice flour
10g(2tsp) sugar
2g(1/4tsp) salt
5g(1 1/4tsp) instant dry yeast
10g(2tsp) vegetable oil
180ml(6 floz) warm water
sausages
cheese
bread crumbs
sugar
ketchup & mustard
1. In a bowl, put bread flour, glutinous rice flour, sugar, instant dry yeast and salt. Mix with adding water and vegetable oil. Knead about more than 10 min. Keep it in room temp about double sized(1 hour approx).
2. In a boiling water, put sausage less than 1 min.
3. Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll the dough and put sausage on that and cover it.
4. Roll the sausage-dough into the bread crumbs and deep-fry.
5. Roll onto the sugar and drizzle some ketchup and mustard.
