🍀 Chive Pancake
Ingredients
6 oz chive, cut into 2” long pieces
1 medium-size zucchini, julienned
A few leaves of kkaetnip, Korean wild sesame leaves, or basil, optional
1 to 3 your choice or mix of chilis, sliced
2 cups Korean savory pancake mix
1/4 cup Korean frying mix or tempura powder
2 1/4 cup cold water
Cooking oil
Pickled onion and chili dip

I make an Indian version of that with similar ingredients except the dry ingredients are besan flour/chickpea flour with the addition of Indian spices and a little oil. I cook them on a nonstick pan without oil. Then dip them in (or actually spread on them) a Cilantro Ginger Lemon chutney... but your dipping sauce would be even better.

Oh wow, I came here to remind myself of how the Koreans do this, but you have just reminded me what Indians do ! I make bhajis and pakora, I have garam flour, so now, my plan is to travel the world in my pan today ! 😄 I have tons of greens in the garden, I know I can use what I have and make it versitile.. some Indian and some Korean ! Thanks for your comment !

Aloha neighbor, I'm just catching up watching what you've posted & I have to let you know. In this video, you had put your flower on your right ear. Traditionally it goes on the Right Ear if You're Single, BUT, You're taken by Jacob, lol,So you would put the flower on the Left Ear to show you're taken. So the world would know. Lol. 🙋‍♀️ I'm proud to let you know, I've lost 21lb, I now weigh 170lb. My goal is to weigh 160lb again. Thank you for sharing your recipes that works. And Love, love the vegan spam musubi, BUT I eat it with quinoa because I stopped eating white & brown rice a year ago when I started watching your videos.
