A lot of India's rivers keep feeding into the ocean. These rivers carry a LOT of silt into the oceans with them. THAT is why the oceans and seas around India seem grey, or brown or flat blue-green and are not clear. All the floating silt still mixes with the ocean water creating that cloudy effect. Most of the other countries don't have SO many rain created rivers feeding into the ocean like India, that is why they have clear water on their beaches.

If you want crystal clear Blue Water in India then you should go for Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep Let me tell you both are way better than even Maldives and Bali because they are not very crowdy.

This is not a good time to go to Goa. In summer, you should have gone to hill station or in Himalayas.

Louisiana has great food like Po Boy, King Cake and Gumbo. Goa has Choris Pao, Bebenca and Vindaloo. Louisiana has Tulane University while Goa has BITS. Louisiana has great music like Jazz, Rock N Roll, Blues and Bounce. Dr John, Fats Dominos and Buddy Guy are great musicians from Louisiana. Goa also has great musicians like Lorna, Remo Fernandes and Black N White. I was thrilled with Goan music after seeing the film Nachom Ia Kumpasar. Goa and Louisiana also have great weddings. Goa has Carnival while Louisiana has Mardi Gras. Louisiana has Creoles while Goa has Konkanis and they look the same.

If u wish to enjoy clean sea water then andaman and nicobar island is for you. Mostly mainland India sea beaches are brown or muddy. Can still enjoy it's not harmful. Oh ya lakhsdweep island is also good . Goa is like a jeju island to Indians, especially popular amoung youngsters. Rivers are best in India than sea as they are more clean and cool also especially rivers in uttrakhand or in north states.

Actually this is not the time to travel to goa. You should go to mountains these months.

The next time you go for a travel destination try Going to Ladakh its really beautiful place with blue lakes and great for riders.
