We are a Korean couple living in a rural village in the Philippines. We didn't expect someone to surprise and visit us today. And this is the reason that we cooked Filipino chicken Paksiw.
Filipinos use the leftover Lechon Manok to cook into a dish called Paksiw! This is such a brilliant and delicious Filipino food we can appreciate in the Philippines.

Yeah, I've noticed it. This channel just pop up in my feeds. It's like I am watching other Asian style vlog but the set up is in the Philippines and cooking Filipino food. 😊 They also adapted eating with big plates instead of bowl, small plates.😅
