To be clear, public proposals are not the norm in our culture and honestly celebs who do disclose their relationship are those that have marriage in mind...newbies are less likely to be public like Aeril and Wawa, they made their marriage public after their pregnancy as far as I remember. But also do keep in mind that some of the couples are controversial because it was before social media age and we consume our gossip from tabloids and weekly gossip show 😂
