[ingredient]
1. 400g pork front leg meat
2. 1L of water
3. 2 potatoes (400g)
4. 1 onion (250g)
5. 1/2 zucchini (150g)
6. 200g tofu
7. 1 green onion
8. 1 spoonful of minced garlic
9. 2 Cheongyang peppers
10. 1/2 red pepper
11. 2 spoonfuls of red pepper paste
12. 2 spoons of red pepper powder
13. 2 spoons of cooking wine (mirim)
14. 1 spoon of cooking oil
15. 3 pinches of pepper
[how to make]
1. Cut 2 potatoes into large pieces.
2. Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pot, then add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and fry until the garlic aroma comes out.
3. When the scent of garlic rises, add 400g of pork front leg and fry until the outside is moderately cooked.
4. When the outside of the meat is properly cooked, add 2 spoons of red pepper paste and 2 spoons of red pepper powder and fry over medium heat for 1 minute.
5. Add 400g of potatoes and 2 spoons of mirin (mirim) and fry over medium heat for 1 minute.
6. Add 1L of water and boil for 5 minutes from the point it starts to boil.
7. While boiling, cut 1 onion (250g), 1/2 zucchini (150g) into large pieces, and cut 1 green onion, 2 Cheongyang peppers, and 1/2 red pepper diagonally.
8. After 5 minutes of boiling, add all vegetables and boil for 10 minutes.
9. While boiling, cut 200g of tofu into bite-size pieces.
10. After 10 minutes, add 1 spoon of tuna liquid, 1 spoon of soup soy sauce, 3 pinches of pepper, and 200g of tofu and stir well to finish.
🌿Spoon - Based on measuring spoon (15ml). (It is almost similar to a regular rice spoon.)
🌿Teaspoon - Based on measuring teaspoon (5ml).
🌿Cup - Based on measuring cup (200ml). (The measuring cup and paper cup are the same 200ml.)
