Seafood Korean recipe.
Soy sauce marinated crab 간장게장 (Ganjang-gejang)
It's delicious and easy to cook.
Prepare crab and marinade: onion, green onion, apple or pear, red and green pepper, garlic, ginger, kelp, jujube. Boil for 20 minutes, cool and add: soy sauce 150ml, cooking syrup oligodan 올리고당 2 Tbsp, plum syrup 1 Tbsp and pour into crabs. Keek in a refrigerator for 3-4 days and it's ready
