butterfly pea flower makes the rice turn blue..the combination with mix vegetables,coconut shredded,chlli sambal,protein makes the food so healthy..it is traditional food from Kelantan state..

The blue colour came from a flower called "bunga telang"...this flower also can be used to make a drink..it is believed that the flower is good for health..

Besides nasi kerabu, there is nasi dagang with fish. Nasi padang is indonesian , so i will not mention it. But you said you cannot eat spicy stuff, then perhap chinese food is best.

I do recommended nasi kerabu for athlete due to easy to digest and balance diet..even good for person who in diet.. P/S: send my regards to the girl who show you nasi lemak eh?? 😁
