Okay, their reactions keep cracking me up... so, girls... for your information, none of the girls in these tiktoks have perms. It is all natural. The cream is a moisturizing cream to help calm the curls, so they don't get frizzy. If you put it in your straight hair, it would be crazy, don't do that. Your hair would be greasy and heavy. It is only for curly hair. Naturally curly hair is curly when it's wet and curly when it's dry. It's just curly. It's one of the more silly yet also frustrating things that I've encountered here in Korea -- people think I don't understand them because I'm a foreigner and they'll ask me where I get my hair permed, I'll tell them it's natural, and they'll nod like they believe me, and then turn and say (in Korean) to someone "it's a perm, she is lying."

Lolol that’s so funny (about people not believing you that it is not a perm). I live in the states and I’ve had that experience several times 😂. People are so mean about it. Though I have odd curly hair. I can just as easily make my hair straight or put cream in my hair to get curls. Well not always. When the humidity is bad there’s no hiding the curls even if I do straighten my hair but all the other days it’s easy.

Yes ! I wanted to educate them so bad. It's their natural hair that comes from genetics lol. All the products they're using are specifically to help enhance the curls, so it wouldn't do anything for straight hair.

Same, they thought mine is, heck no! I showed proof of my curly hair as I'm a little girl or born as a baby with curly hair. They shut up alright. lol

I can't believe they thought they were all perms. And they kept saying they envy our hair, but geez waking up an hour early just to wash and scrunch my hair is not fun. Also a thing to know is that not all races with curly hair will have everyone with curly hair. For example, not all Hispanics will have curly Latina hair. I had super curly hair up until I was 3-4 years old then they all went away due to the lack of care and knowledge with my guardians of a different race. Over 10 years later at 17, I am trying to find what is best for my natural curls, and it is not easy.

Yeah it takes a lot of time to take care of curly hair I use to have kinda long hair for a men and it took me like 30 min to do my hair. I cannot imagine how much work is for a female.

Indeed!! I need to wake up on 5.30 am to get ready n do my hair n gomto school on 7. Before arrive to school, my hair need at least 50% dry to look good n set properly. Not talking about how expensive the product

Guys all of these girls have naturally curly hair no perms you can tell from the roots of their hair the cream is to retain the curl and provide moisture to the scalp

@@moroccanflower9119 They straight up all have wavy/curly hair. If their hair was straight or had a perm, the curls would have disappeared when wet and they'd have to use an activator. They all just used regular hair products designed for wavy/curly hair

Noo, they're all real natural curls girls! I am one born with curly hair no perms at all, there many others much like me! That why my straight hair friends often jealous of my hair cuz they cannot curl their hair to stay long! Btw, Shea hair products are made for natural curly only hair is that why and they're not permed at all. I think they should invite someone who really has natural hair. Any vary nationally with curly hair, and have them see up close and how it is done, like washing it straight but dry it curly up natural, etc. Also, how it's being able to get straight as well.

Can you do type 4 hair next. Like kinkier hair. That would be interesting. So some of us of all ethnicities have naturally curlier/coilier hair it's not permed. It grows out our scalps like that

Fun fact: East Asian hair is too thick to curly naturally while European and African decent people have thiner hair.

@@marzouk6270 that's cool. But I've seen some east asians with curl hair... maybe their hair is thinner then??? Idk but that interesting. I mean it makes sense. If it is thicker it is heavier hence curls wouldn't last so it is only natural for the hair to end up straight

yes, it just needs to be long enough, I am a 4c so trust me, I know(it might also help to do a keratin cleanse)

I noticed they kept saying a certain brand kept appearing, its called Shea Moisture and its quite popular for certain hair types, like curly hair or frizzy hair, and ive tried it its very nice and smells very good.

Yeah it doesn't work for me. I was so frustrated before finding the product actually adapted to me (blueberry bliss btw). I went from frizzy hair that I used to shave (I'ma a guy) to nice curls on longer hair. These products can really be life-saving.
