actually the Bhangra Empire is dance group who covers punjabi songs and along with mashups too. Tbh, the dance form bhangra (they performing) seems light but they are quite heavy duty dance, that's why the boy was sweating. Sometimes the bhangra can be used for weightloss workouts too.
