@@nasiffarhan1239 It definitely would be one of the best collaborations so I don’t know what you’re talking about and also they could do a swap over of English food vs Chinese food where Josh and Ollie take Mike to one of their favourite English restaurants or something and Mike does the same with them but with the best Chinese food in America or something

Recently tried a rice bowl with seafood on top in Seoul for the first time, and I was absolutely blown away, a raw egg, ikura, uni, salmon, scallops, shrimp and more. I never thought these ingredients could ever have such a taste punch, everything was just so fresh. Easily one of the best things I ate in Korea so far and another dish on my favourites list

Your taste palette is truly universal Mike! You are the first non-Thai food blogger who truly eats Thai food in foreign countries like a Thai. As a Thai who have eaten Thai food in South Korea, I totally agree that Thai food there tends to be less sour and leaning more sweet for Thai palette. So we Thais ended up pouring the whole tub of vinegar just like you to create a predominately sour noodle soup 😅

You two are both correct. The last time I checked flights to Korea I nearly choked at how crazy expensive they were (and may still be). Just for coach seating, too! Which is a shame because I have nothing against Korean people or your culture. Maybe someday if I win the lottery or something!

Yes, the price for eating out here is ridiculously good. And so is that quality, as you said. Wish the flights were cheaper - though I get a bit lucky since I can stay with family for some of my time here, cutting the cost a little bit. That's where I get my "excessive eating" allowance 🙂
