Soo cake flour with the egg yokes... And sugar whip with the egg whites....then you fold the egg white fluffy mixture into the egg yokes . I'm guessing they fold it in one direction so that it doesn't deflate ... Scoop onto oiled surface and cover Then add more batter and cover again Then flip and cover once more... And boom... Yum on a plate

Look very delicious, but the final dish is different; basic, with whipped cream topping only, then the fruit version, then a savoury version with a bacon strip (but only TWO pancakes...hmmm), but what kind of sauce comes on top, with the crumbled nuts? Sweet, or salty/mustard-like? I'm anxious to find out, even though I can't eat an original here in the Northeast US. Thanks to this channel for sharing these awesome dishes.
