A little tip! Don't turn the mixer on until it's placed in the cream! It'll prevent splashing! Also, start off on the lowest setting, then slowly work your way to the highest. The tree looked great!

Tha cake is pretty, especially for a begginner! If you refrigerate the whipping cream before whipping it will be more consistent and easier to whip, the time to sop is when a hard peak form on the whisk, so the tip shape will hold.

아 역시 베이킹은 굽는 것도 어렵겠지만 데코도 넘나 어려운 것이어요 ㅠㅠ 제가 그래서 리얼 베이킹은 절대 안함...아니 못함...ㅋㅋㅋ(오븐도 없지만요) 저도 휘핑기 예전부터 증말 사고 싶었는데 막상 얼마나 쓸까 싶어서 몇 년 째? 미루고 있는데 크림 만들기 진짜 어려운 거였네요?🤣 영상 찍을 때 주변 정리하는 것도 힘든데 크림이 저리 사방팔방 튀어서 고생 많이 하셨네요...흑😂 또 나가서 사오시는 열정이라니~! 그나저나 롤 케이크부터 나 크리스마스! 인데요?🎄🎅 그리고 만드신 케이크도 크리스마스 분위기 뿜뿜이에요~!! 썸네일부터 신기해서 보니까 완성작도 충분히 예뻐유😍 역시 좋은 사람들과 보내면 대단한 거 안 해도 최고쥬~!! 미리 해피뉴이어에요~!!😍😘💖💖

You are doing so well for a beginner with baking! Whipping cream is easier over ice, so good for you finding that! Also, a beater machine with two beaters would make it MUCH easier as well in the future! You are doing great!
