BlinksArePlayingWithFire Its a specific breathing technique. Its where you breath and move your ribs slightly outwards instead of breathing with your chest outwards. Its feels like you're breathing with your stomach. It works better if you take small breathes from time to time instead of a big breath every 15 seconds. Im in dance class at my school, we dont sing but I also do solo preformances and sing. I hate bragging, I promise im not bragging, im just trying to teach you briefly how it works! I dont know if you actually preform or if you just commented for fun, but now you know.

Help Me she did really good!! She sounded nervous during the explaining at times but when she was actually dancing full speed, she was just out of breath. Trust me, I've tried to dance and talk at the same time... It killed my knee 😂😂

its the "manyang gidarida" or bit after the group canon thingy in the middle. where they're in a square formation. it's the part staright after they break from the formation and move into their own places. it's starts here. idk whether this was helpful or not, i hope you can visual this... this is the time from the offical dance practice : 0:49
