Korg kaossilator indeed is very good for looping and could be used for live playing although not sure how to synch with other instruments via Midi and etc. But you can manually adjust the tempo and play the drums!

Now you can record your performance in real time, or export a completed loop as an audio file. By exporting your creations to Google Play Music, you can use them in a full-fledged music production. From the cog wheel right above enable live recording.

Isvthis how you can record whole songs? And can you 'live record' with different instruments and then like put them together to make a whole song?
