You need to listen to their other recent song, 'Stick Under My Skin', where it draws influence from bands like Bullet For My Valentine, Trivium and Killswitch Engage. Chaoseum have only been around since 2018 and this track is off their second studio album, titled Second Life.

This chorus is fucking epic! I love how the music fades into piano, dude chills, it sounds so final.

Just wanted to say I subscribed because you had an honest and not a edge lord/gatekeeper mentality. You understood the positives/fun of the song and the fact it's a homage to korn didn't deter from that. I suggest listening to the rest of their music. Each song is a bit different from the next. I feel their 2nd album was a live letter to the 90s/00s. They'll sound like korn and then Avenge Sevenfold and then Alice in Chains and then...yet each time they have their own flavor in it. I love they did a whole acoustic album of their songs. It really shows off the singer's range with his vocals.

With this song, I see traces of Korn influence in Chaoseum, but I believe they are a band of their own power and badassery. CK Smile in this vid looks like The Crow - which is a cool thing though. Gotta give em props.

Check out some more. Singer is CK Smiles. In their other songs he has a Anders Friden ( In Flames) vibe mixed with Jonathan Davis. CK first language is French. They are damn good.

This is a great band. This one song may sound vaguely in the style of Korn but is a great effort. I remember back in the early 1970's when Yes getting a foothold,,another band called Starcastle put out Lady of the Lake and they sounded more like Yes than yes did
