Twisted Transistor is the first song off KoRn's seventh album "See You on the Other Side", which was released in 2005. It is their first album without long-time guitarist Brian "Head" Welch and the last album with original drummer David Silveria.
"It's funky, it's heavy, it's dark, and sometimes, industrial-tinged. Working with so many different people and everything, it's made it out to be a really well-rounded album of a lot of different things. It's definitely Korn, it's definitely groove-oriented. This album came out at a turning point in my life. It was the final year of foster care. People gave me so much crap for what I listened to and my argument was always the same. "If you want to treat me like I don't matter, then I need a way to cope so I don't turn out like the rest of us. Dead, addicted to something, or in prison." I'm 32 and still nowhere near the statistic. Music is power. Free yourself.

i was in foster care as well it was a really shitty for me i was 14 to 16 sexually/mentally abused until i said something when i was 16 then i was put in foster care bounce to foster home to home it sucked always getting in fights a lot then i had a baby at 17 the dad was not really good but the only thing that help was music and korn was the shit atm and i love it it help alot with everything in my life and once i turned 18 i got out of foster care and lived a pretty good life and music is power and it freed me it nevered left me when everyone else did

Many many years ago got back stage with Deftones and Fieldy was there (Big Stink concert in Oregon) Fieldy hung out with me all day. He stood with me while Deftones played and got me back stage when Moby played (loved him) coolest memory I have really. Lots of Band stories and this is my favorite.

The tranzistor is an electrical component made out of semiconductor materials, like Germanium, Silicon, GaAs, InP etc. Its structure is just a little different than a diode. A diode is made out of a semiconductor block, split into two parts. The "N" zone and the "P" zone. These zones exist because of a proccess called "doping". Dope, right? Doping consists in injecting electrones into the material (which is also split into two, like, half of the material is Germanium, half is Phosphorus). In the "P" zone there will be an excess of electrons (basically Germanium ion), and in the "N" zone there will be free spaces where electrons to move to (basically phospshorus ion). Why is that important? Because it forces the excess electrones from the "P" zone to move to the "N" zone. No electron from the "N" zone will move back to the "P" zone. And boom, just like that we discovered one of the principal uses of the diode: it allows electrical current (basically a shitton of electrons) to move *ONLY IN ONE DIRECTION* So, a diode will look like this: _________________ | P zone | N zone | |________|________| The difference between the tranzistor and the diode is that the tranzistor is actually split into THREE zones, not two. And there are only two practical possibilities to make a tranzistor: NPN and PNP tranzistors They would look like this: __________________________ | P zone | N zone | P zone | |________|________|________| PNP tranzistor OR __________________________ | N zone | P zone | N zone | |________|________|________| NPN tranzistor But don't ask me what a tranzistor does, shit I wasn't that good in electronics class. All i know for sure, is that a good tranzistor is a twisted tranzistor. 💀
