If you soak your braiding hair in apple cider vinegar before installing it will not itch!! The acids strip the itchy chemicals.

@@samajn like it involves vigorous movements that might loosen up the braids but for gym sessions although it's active I figured I could always tie the hair up for it so it's not an issue

Please please don’t perm your hair then braid it love it is putting stress to your hair. You can do it naturally with out the chemical.

I can't belive your that silly to belive your hair needs to be chemically treated in order to do the hairstyle,it's utter lies,I do it on people with natural hair all the time and it's very neat.
