कोथिंबिर (धनिया) - 1 कप
बेसन - 1 कप
चावल का आटा - 2 चम्मच
पानी- 2 कप
दही - 4 चम्मच
तेल - 2 चम्मच
लेहसुन (बारिक कटा हुआ)- 1 चम्मच
सफेद तिल - 1/2 चम्मच
हरि मिर्च की पेस्ट - 1/2 चम्मच
नमक - 1/2 चम्मच
चिनी - 1/2 चम्मच
हल्दी पावडर - 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
तेल - फ्राय करने के लिये
