I used to help out in an annual martial arts tournament. We had 3 people behind the table, 1 of them was responsible for the score. We'd usually give this job to one of our younger members, so usually high school kids were responsible for the score display. No one got paid of course, except for the free food and drinks.

That was awesome. Lachlan is becoming a beast. While only training in Australia, too, is interesting and cool to see. I don't like how the camera often changes right before the go... makes you have to readjust to where the hands now are, and you miss the start while recalibrating in that moment. I like to go back and then pause after the camera change, and then play the video from there, so as I can properly see what the start of the rounds look like.

winning serious tournaments is what matters. ask john brzenk. engin etc… beating some 1 off guy vs winning an entire tournament of random matches is 2 different things
@Siberius-
@Siberius- 2 ай бұрын
What are you replying to specifically? or did you just feel like sharing? Tournaments have FAR too many variables to get a clear idea of where each athlete is at. Travis Bagent loves tournament pulling BECAUSE of that fortune element, where anything can happen. The best guy doesn't always win, for all sorts of reasons, and then someone else gets to take that title, which is cool in a way. I personally don't like it, and it also favours certain pullers, like Bagent, lol. He was made for it. I like to see adjustments, and all the rest of armwrestling come into play, because the first round is often not indicative of who is the better puller in a supermatch sense.
