This is track 7 on the CD, but after this I conglomerate a bunch of files so I didn't add any track listings to the title. This is the last of the four battle themes.
It's almost contemporary for sure, but the music reminds me a lot of Panzer Dragoon Saga, as well as of course Hiroki Kikuta's earlier games, I definitely hear bits of the desert theme from Secret of Mana and a lot of instrumentation from Seiken Densetsu 3.

I will never forget this game. I wrote a guide for it back in the day and I still listen to the music.

This game came off as an incredibly pleasant surprise to me. It was short, well written, original and relaxing. It's far from perfect, but for what it is, I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone without any regrets(i cant say that about most old RPG's i played)

oh yeah but each monster will take you a weeks to prapare for before it gets killed , espicially the second one from CD2 .. i would recommend it to anyone i hate XD ... ah how i loved this game

SteLLa Venetian really ? I never had that issue, as long as you invest only in the stats that matter you'll never run out of items or get killed. The only boss that ever caused me trouble was the gargoyle but he's an extra boss so if you're going for him you want trouble. And also maybe the flying crest things that you fight after James joins you simply because at that point you still have nothing.

yeah i know , but at that time i was but a child and could hardly understand the use of STR and DEX ..etc ,i was mostly relying on Edwards arms lol .. and yes Gargoyle was a tough one but lucky me i was able to beat it after about a year of upgrading and strengthening hahaha ,only then i was able to hold Sacnoth into my hands

SteLLa Venetian I kinda find it cheap that they just don't give you any indication that the sword is related to the gargoyle. You can easily miss it.

@@keobutbutt Considering most modern games don't hold a candle to these classics from the 90s - early 2000s, I wouldn't be surprised if it still is.

@LukeFFabre Heh, I loved it too, when I played it, it had the best everything I had ever seen, graphics, story, everything. Even the detail on the menu was pretty damn awesome!

If the company that developed it had agreed with Kikuta and make the combat action oriented instead of RPG it would have been in the same damn spot as the likes of resident evil and silent hill in terms of popularity, it's so good!

@@TheBig451 people were all over survival horror games, I don't believe at all it'd be generic if you could use the weapons and abilities that were in the game, there were not enough horror games released for it to be generic. And not enough games about paranormal investogator gypsies! Generic... did you even play it!?

i love this game but for some reason i play it on my ps2 on a 41" RCA hdtv and the colors were soooo dark anyone know how to fix that? it's the same with my parasite eve game too -_-

I'm 7 years late but there are ps2 hd link cables that improve the picture quality. Check Amazon ☺
