Pray tell….how would she take everything? The only communal property they have is the restaurant, and even that was before they got married. In Ga; she’d be entitled to you an equitable distribution of martial property. Do you “really” think her name is on the deed? He purchased that before they were married. She asks to use “his” card, she doesn’t have her own…I hope they don’t do the skit realism again like they did with Mike.
