scott doesn't give a shit that she is with travis. He could be jealousy possibly envious that he couldn't bring out that lust cloud 9 feeling from her. But, I don't think scott cares in all honesty. Don't think scott ever had plans of getting back with kourtney he just enjoyed playing the fence.
