+ for design. + for included pan. + lid can be used as plate. - for weight, but you get the pot. - for BTUs being a lower than cheaper comparable stoves w/ cases. - I've heard the magnet attachment fails. For $90 you could get a Eureka w/ higher BTUs and a stanley pan w/ plates and stuff. Not saying this wouldn't be better, because I really like this and will probably get it, but the higher BTUs would be really nice.

Yeah I’ve been looking at some of these. I’ve been thinking of Getting the Kovea cube.I like this brand because it doesn’t have that cheesy lever to lock down the canister They seem unstable to me I have the kovea Cupid heater and I like the way the canister twists and locks Unlike the common butane stoves with the lock lever.

The image on the front of the box, like you mention IS retro tinted for the printing of the photo, to me it presents to me the idea of a product that might have been new, probably before you were born (and me) The product is evidently brand new, and I assume is compliment with all of the local fire retardant regulations that exist in your region.
