So nct has this concept where there's no set amount for members so members are added all the time. Because they have a lot of member they are broken up to sub groups there's currently four I think. Nct127, nct u, nct dream, and wayV which are the Chinese members who promote in China. Nct127 and wayv are the only groups that are set which mean no members will be added to those groups. Nct dream is made up of the younger members when they get old enough they go to different sub groups. And Nct U members change based on the concept. So basically if the members fit the concept for the comeback they are chosen to promote with nct u for that comeback. I think at the moment there are 21 members in nct however I might be wrong. And there are times when all of them get together and they do videos I reccomend watching black on black if u want to see what they looked like with 18 members and it's amazing. And I believe they just dropped renosance or something like that which is the newest one. Btw my information might be old or outdated but I hope it was helpful feel free to comment and write something if I wrote something incorrect.

The last group Gfriend. When they first debuted 2015 they did a performance in the rain and three girls fell nonstop so much that one girl had to sit out because she hit her ribs multiple times. (Haters) or just other people thought they did it on purpose to gain views. They got over 15 million views on that video for falling down. It's so painful to watch, the leader her face was pissed the whole time she couldn't do anything but help her members up when they fell. She later talked about how she cried once they got off because she wanted to help her members more.
