You speak so fluent in english ate 🙌🏻 We’re glad you’re promoting filipino foods to koreans specially to boy bands 🫶🏻 mahal din namen kayo!

To make it a little authentic, instead of using condensed milk, use washed sugar and evaporated milk. It will taste a whole lot different when you use sugar and evaporated milk. Also, try putting the ingredients first, then sugar, then ice, put ube, leche plan and ice cream on top then pour in the evaporated milk on top and let it fill until the bottom, that will balance the taste :D

As for the ice cream, it's usually ube - cheese flavored, and there are few missing ingredients like "nata de coco", "sweetened banana", and "pinipig" (pounded rice crispies). These three give different flavor and texture to halo-halo. I hope they can try halo-halo again in the future (if they want to, of course 😊)

Remember, Halo-Halo doesn't literally mean "Mix-Mix" or way of eating it, but "different variety of ingredients mix together". There's no official way on how you eat it. Either you mix it first or pick what ingredients you like first. It's all up to you. But personally, I'll eat the ice cream first, leche flan and shovel those ingredients underneath till the ice melts itself, then I mix it.
