Atleast Irene took responsibility for her mistake because she screamed at the stylist, but the stylist couldn't even apologize to IRENE and RED VELVET for their mistake of not listening to Irene's complaints. There is a reason SM no longer wants to work with that specific stylist.

(i dont know whether she was working as a music producer or composer for YG, or rather working as a musical supervisor for Blackpink, or something of the sort)

I heard of the Jennie Rosé issue. The fight actually started with both the song writer and Rosé. From what I remember there was a line in the chorus that Rosé didn't like and the song writer took offense to it. I'm not sure but the article said Rosé was so upset Jennie stepped in and ended up fighting (verbally) with the songwriter. In the end the line was cut all together. I don't know if this situation was real just take it with a grain of salt.

regarding jennie and rosé's case. western artists have a lot of creative freedom compared to idols signed under labels. and creative freedom is something really important for an artist's growth. I think they were right to have a say in their own songs. also irene didn't have an "outburst". irene had an understandable and valid reaction. idols obviously have heavy choreography and choreography obviously involves moving a lot. if she and other rv members felt uncomfortable in the outfits they were given, it's understandable that she, as the leader, complained about it. and it's also very understandable that she got frustrated because her complaints weren't taken seriously. idols are people too guys.

Everyone made Irene look like a villain when in actuality she was trying to protect her members and herself from being inappropriately exposed or uncomfortable in the small outfits they were made to wear.

The boy groups (from BigBang to Winner/IKon to Treasure) have so much creative freedom (and this is how it should be and why many of us love these groups), but girl groups (from 2NE1 to Blackpink) can’t even change a phrase in their song??? Jennie didn’t had any argument with Boom, she wanted to change rap lyrics in whistle (as she should cause Boom in the one who’s behind the usage of aave and Lisa’s blaccent, she also wrote money) and Boom got mad at her for that. Since then she hates Jennie and Rosè, she unfollowed them both, never gives rap verses to Jennie in the songs she writes and tries to give Chaennie less lines. Lisa is in general her favourite member and you can notice it by the rap and lines distribution in her songs
