The reason this happened is there. 's no police officer in the inspector general's office for 20 years now. I have got a complaint against everybody. Imagine a bolt to all the different departments. The Texas commission and law enforcement the Attorney General's office. The people who license inspectors for the city. Everybody and there's nobody that can convict any of these people because there's no police officer in the inspector general's office. That was done on purpose. This woman knows this. I have put it on her emails. And her Facebook site. There will never be anybody convicted. Because our mayor right now was blindsided by this investigation. He got rid of the other Texas ranger that was working with the lawyer in the inspector general's office.

Use forfeiture proceedings to recover stolen monies. Personal assets and real property if any of the stolen funds can be proven to have been used in the purchase of such assets. That's why a financial forensic investigation is warranted.
