Took the Kraton and the outcast out for a bash day and tried out higher gearing on the Kraton 6s and for some reason the mesh was getting very tight. But the outcast performed awesome!!

Bars, first off Awesome video! Second 2 words Bermuda Triangle. Very strange that gear made a difference. I live the outcast, but we don’t get along at all! You seem to have them running pretty good! You Rock Bars!!!!🤘👊🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Great air brother! 👍🏻👍🏻 It's fast becoming your "channel's signature"! That is really odd about the pinion causing that problem. Glad you got it sorted out. 👊🏻👊🏻

Thanks buddy! But yeah the pinion gear made no sense whatsoever there’s no reason it should’ve done that but yet it did not like it for some reason.

You mentioned more problems with the Kraton than the Outcast. I realize this was about a year ago. Curious if you know of or have any experience with the current v5 versions where maybe some of those issues may have been corrected (or was this already the v5)? If the Kraton is still a problem with failures, I think for me, regardless of everything else, the reliability and durability would be more important for me and may the Outcast would be a better fit.

Well all of them need the differential shimmed really before you drive them but the newer V5’s seem to have less issues A buddy of mine has one and he hasn’t had any differential issues with his

i've never had problem witth rhe 16T pinion, that's strange ! beautiful jumps with both RC

Yeah I don’t understand what was going on man the mesh seemed fine the whole way around nothing got too tight it was very strange but when I took that gear off and put the stock back on it was in has been fine sense?

Another killer session with both Kraton and Outcast brother. Getting some heights and distance with Kraton bummer said locked up on you. Outcast doing beastly out there. Awesome session brother. Stay safe. What state are you in?

I’ve had the best luck with the KRATON 6S but if we want to bring another car into the mix, the Talion 6SEXB is awesome

I’m curious to see that 70 weight in the kraton 4s .I have an outcast it bounces off the jumps on the back end bad tried to pick some up today but my hobby shop was out.

I just put some in my 4S but I blew the clutch up and I’m waiting for new parts to fix it before I even got to jump it really. United States Postal Service has lost my clutch plates and one of the hubs LOL

Bars&tone RC Man that stinks , you’ve had bad luck with the clutch in that thing , it’s so weird how some people have issues with the clutch and like me have not. Let’s hope the next revision will fix the issues.

I really hope so man the clutch was holding up pretty decent for a little while and then the whole thing just broke apart, so I ordered every single piece for the clutch and I’m building a new one.

The outcast 6s is a blast for sure. If your looking at flips and tricks the outcast would be perfect

Whoever disliked is a Traxxas fan. also I would love to see the outcast with the locked out diff go from 0-100 throttle to see how much it wheelies and flips! It’s great to have someone bash their ex’s for you

LOL yeah bud I’m not sure who that is it’s a very recent subscriber I’ve noticed but obviously I don’t know who it is but I’m guessing it’s a Traxxas fanboy. But I will do that with the outcast on dirt And pavement for you so you can see what it looks like it’s doesn’t stay on for wheels or any wheels for very long.

Bars&tone RC thanks it’s just interesting to see a car accelerate at such speeds and wheelie and flip! Someone did the same to me I think they subscribed just to leave 1 dislike on my videos I’m not posting recently because I just enjoy driving with my friend who recently got an arrma granite and we go out and drive every weekend!!

Yeah I am not sure what was going on there? The mesh felt good it wasn’t tight in any spots but it was not happy with it, not sure what was going on?

If you have calipers, measure the distance of one tooth too another, if it’s different on the spur, I’d assume that’s the issue
