Battle IQ and Combat goes to Batman because he mastered 127 martial arts and is masterly skilled in using every type of weapons and is master in all acrobats. And Batman is far better at making strategies and planning than Kratos and Batman needs just one look to find out a powerful being's weakness and then later on prepare a weapon based on that weakness and then prepare a tough armor accordingly to defeat that opponent.

@@DahGabriel-gk2cryes this version of Clark. Also how did kratos get speed and agility like super man flew to the sun and back in like 3 seconds and changed the time of day on impact. That means he was going like 150 times the speed of light and his strength must be insane. Also it is stated by Batman that super man could easily carry the earth on his shoulders if he wanted to. And where is kratos gonna get kryptonite.
