I really appreciate that Liah used, feature, and promoted products that she loves, that weren't just from KraveBeauty. I'll admit I was skeptical going into this video that it would feel like an infomercial, I'm glad I was wrong! Loving the channel Susan. Thank you for helping me identify troubles in my skin, and different ingredients and actives that could help. Most of the knowledge that has impacted my choices in skincare have come from content creators like yourself! Much love from Australia :)

I love Liah!!! I love the Krave cleanser and sunscreen. I remember stumbling on to Liah’s KZfaq channel two years ago and getting hip to Tamanu oil. Her recommendations was great. Thereafter, she launched Krave and I was down for whatever she put out there on the market. I love her honesty and simple approach to skincare. Thank you for pressing reset on skincare ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I feel so vindicated! I’m Korean by ethnicity, but grew up in Africa (no sunblock/sun protection OR lotion, just clearasil from the US in my childhood-got the sun damage on my skin and eyeballs to prove it) and the US. When I visited Korea every few years, everyone in Korea, including my beauty-conscious cousin, would berate me for not using some designer eye cream when I was a 19 yr old! I didn’t wear sunblock regularly until I was 29! I began using eye cream when I turned 30 (I moved to Seoul for work for a couple years), but that fizzled over the past couple years and I’m so glad I haven’t been depriving my skin.

@@graceatbaker We have the same issue here. Skincare isn't a thing in my country. We only clean our face with cleanser and that's it 😂 and if we needed a moisturizer we use sesame oil. btw I'm east African.

Yes! I was thinking how I’d love to see Susan and Renée discuss @gothamista’s current skincare routine! As a sensitive/reactive skinned person, Liah and Renée were my guiding stars helping me find products and methods that work for touchy/temperamental skin like mine! I love Susan and her advice, but I do take it with a grain of salt because she has more resilient skin. I’m glad she mentioned that as she restarts her retinol regime the drunk elephant one was a little too harsh on her skin. Great info for us sensitive ones!

Reason to do use an eye cream is for me eczema around the eyes. However I use a normal thick moisturizer for that.. or like a winter moisturizer.. saves money and does the job

Gothamista promoted Lamer products which has tonsss of ingredients that can trigger allergic reaction. She doesn’t really care about ingredients as much as we thought she would be

Allergic reactions are subjective though. Some people may react to an ingredient while others may not. She shouldn’t have to stop loving a product that she enjoys just because some people have more reactive skin. Even in this video, Susan pointed out that her skin can handle more than some people’s. It is on the person to know what their skin can handle and purchase accordingly.

My mom loves to use the Krave cleanser on her body, she is older and has very sensitive and dry skin all over her body, so this is the best cleanser for her...aaand she says she doesn't need to much of it! so it lasts ❤

Liah was speaking to me! I went through a phase when I was trying expensive too harsh on my skin products and I always had reactions and dry patches. Until one day I went minimal and simplier. Coconut oil as makeup remover and moisturizer. Made sure I had no traces of makeup left, thermal water as toner and mosturizer. I started having the best skin. Learnt so much.

I am so excited to watch this! I just received my first Krave order 2 days ago! I love the Matcha Hemp cleanser and Great Barrier Relief cream! Haven’t tried The Beet Juice yet (because I haven’t left my house...snow days :-) but plan to use it tomorrow! They were sold out of the Kale-lalu-yaha or I would have picked that up too! Can’t wait to see what they come out with next (please be an oil cleanser, please be an oil cleanser, PLEASE BE AN OIL CLEANSER!) 😂 And yayyy! She washed her hands first!!

Hey! You should use a sunblock even if you don’t leave the house. UV rays enter through windows too. I live in the Midwest and on very snowy days I don’t leave the house unless I have to, but the snow actually reflects and scatters the damaging rays. Even on cloudy days your skin is susceptible to UV damage, because it’s cumulative. I gave my Beet Shield away to a friend who has trouble finding sunblock that doesn’t leave a purple “white cast” on her skin. Susan’s review was clutch. But I’ve been using the Great Barrier Relief at night on the spots that feel tight and painful by mid-afternoon and spots I’ve over-exfoliated, and I can feel a difference in a week. Truly good stuff. I’m going to get the Matcha cleanser and the Beet sunblock for myself next!

graceatbaker I’m in the midwest too! I knew the sun could still get to you when you’re inside but guess I didn’t think it was that damaging. I do have blinds or sheer curtains on most of my windows. But I will still start wearing my sunscreen daily. The Beet Shield honestly feels like nothing on my skin so I really have no excuse not to use it (other than not wanting to run out 😂). I get dry flaky patches around my mouth and smile lines so I’ve been using the GBR on that area every night and it’s improved so much in just a week! In fact, now that I think about it, I haven’t noticed any flaking there at all. You must be a great friend to let go of your Beet Juice! Not sure I would. 😂 I think you’ll love the cleanser! The moisturizer is next on my list! Thanks for the great advice and info!!

A few months ago, I've watched Liah's video about skincare diet and what to do when your skin is hyperreactive and it helped me a loooooot when my skin became so sensitive to almost any skincare products- and now, I've noticed that my skin is waaaay better with just my minimal skincare routine rather than with a long one- yall should check out those videos and maybe try it for yourselves! Glad that these skincare queens did a collab! 😩💕

I can add your order to my next one and ship it to you from the US- international shipping tends to cost anywhere from $20-75 with tracking. Liah brought up an amazing point at the end. If your skin doesn’t respond well to vitamin c you can use CoQ10 instead and it has many of the same benefits while simultaneously being very moisturizing as well.

I usually put the sunblock I don't like for my face on my neck and hands! I've tried not washing my face in the morning but I always break out :x Maybe I'll try a more refreshing toners

Not every skin care practice is for every person. If your skin needs a morning wash, then don't feel bad doing it. Just make sure that it's a nice hydrating cleanser so that it doesn't strip your skin. 😊

Wow Liah is just THE SWEETEST person! I’m new to this channel and I haven’t heard about krave beauty or Liah before, but I must say I would support her brand just because of how incredible she is! She wasn’t pushing all her products on the viewers or saying that her products are the only products she uses. I really appreciate the honesty! Will definitely pick up some of her products! ❤️

I cleanse in the morning depending on the products I used overnight. E.g. If I've used Retinol than I definitely cleanse because it's sun sensitive so I want to make sure there's no trace of it.

I want to start incorporating a retinol in my skincare routine, but I'm always hesitant. It'll be on my mind but then I get overwhelmed again. haha. I will have to keep looking around for a beginner's retinol that hopefully doesn't make my skin too sensitive.
